We are looking for a dynamic **Practice Manager** with strong healthcare experience to join our **Sydney Clinic, NSW** on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will lead day-to-day clinic operations, support business growth, and ensure our team delivers exceptional patient care and client service.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
Reporting to the Operations Manager - NSW/ACT, you will:

- Oversee all aspects of daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate and liaise with doctors and clinical teams
- Manage accounts, budgets, and financial processes
- Lead, mentor, and support administration and nursing staff
- Drive high-quality patient service and communication
- Develop business opportunities, particularly in Occupational Health services

**_ About You_**
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Proven leadership experience within healthcare (General Practice or Occupational Health preferred)
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in medical software (desirable, training available)
- Solid computer and organisational skills
