**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Graduate Brand Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Strategist, this role will contribute to a wide range of business-to-business (B2B) marketing activities including digital marketing, website content management, event coordination, lead generation, paid and earned media and product launches.
This role provides broad exposure to all aspects of marketing. You will develop skills in copywriting, corporate communication, visual design and creative thinking to become an effective, well-rounded marketer. In addition, you will gain specialised skills in brand management and brand strategy.
**What you'll do as a Graduate Brand Coordinator**:
- Maintain the approved guidelines for written, visual and creative communication
- Assist with compiling market and brand research including analyst reports, competitor research and benchmarking, customer surveys and customer interviews
- Provide support with event coordination, digital marketing campaigns and reporting
- Assist with paid and earned social media activity.Assist with producing customer communications, naming new products and initiatives
- Update and manage website content
**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- A recently completed degree in Marketing or Communications or a related business discipline.
- Interest in marketing within the technology / software industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking skills.
- Ability to put yourself in the shoes of a customer.
- Awareness of key marketing concepts and techniques.
- The ability to manage your time effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive, can-do attitude.
- Prior exposure to marketing (e.g. volunteering, internship, retail / customer service experience) will be looked upon favourably.
- A great sense of humour
