Campus Recruiter Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, encompassing event coordination and management of the Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will be based in our Sydney office and collaborate with a global team of passionate problem solvers, working on strategic projects and university partnerships. They will also have the chance to contribute to Campus branding collateral development.

  • Lead the end-to-end graduate recruitment process across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore.
  • Coordinate graduate events and maintain the Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the graduate recruitment team on strategic projects and work with Marketing on University partnerships & Campus branding collateral.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 3 years' experience in recruitment and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related business discipline. The successful candidate must possess experience within financial services/professional services.
