**About Us**:
At Whites Hill State College we are a Prep to Year 12 college dedicated to personal and holistic educational pathways.
Our P-12 college tracks and personalises programs for students' over 13 years of schooling. We use individualised student data that identifies what students can do, and what they need, to achieve their personal best. Our staff know our students, and collaborate to enhance each year of their schooling.
As a P-12 college we have an increased capacity to provide more opportunities for students. We share staff expertise across all phases of the college to provide seamless teaching and learning.
Our P-12 advantage provides our students with greater opportunities to develop leadership across the phases of learning. Our college culture engenders excellence and provides activities and experiences that enrich the lives of our students and community.
**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Active participants in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
- Futures oriented and strategic.
