What does the job look like?
As the Commercial Manager you'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our Grocery consumer business with operations throughout Australia.
Based in Erskine Park NSW, you will manage the financial and commercial aspects of multiple customer contracts while supporting the growth and development of our operations.You'll lead a small team of analysts and work closely with senior management, business development, and operational teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Your insights and leadership will help shape strategic decisions, improve financial performance and relationships with core customers.Lead commercial governance and financial performance across key customer contractsDevelop and present business cases and financial models for new and existing opportunitiesSupport customer reviews, renewals, and contract implementationsProvide commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadershipEnsure accurate billing, revenue capture, and compliance with contractual termsDrive continuous improvement and identify cost efficienciesPartner with operational teams to understand business drivers and influence outcomesLead and develop a high-performing team of analysts Are you the one?
You are a commercially astute leader with a strong background in transport, logistics, or a similar industry.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving performance and building strong customer relationships.Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial or finance roleTertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred)Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel proficiency essential)Experience managing P&L and delivering commercial outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA hands-on approach with a focus on action and resultsFamiliarity with SAP and other financial systems What's in it for me?
