The Role

As the IT Mainframe Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline - performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical and Professional Expertise- At least 4 years' experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.- Must be proficient with Mainframe Operating System.- Must be local Australia Citizen that able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- Bachelor's Degree in IT related courses.- Relevant experience with Troubleshooting, Backup/Recovery and Basic Networking.
