Job Description

As a key player in our supply chain operations, the Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to support inventory planning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in demand planning software, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability aligns with business needs. You will also analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory levels will be closely monitored. The successful candidate will proactively identify and address potential supply chain disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support inventory planning
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability aligns with business needs
  • Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory levels
  • Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions proactively
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of demand planning experience
  • Strong background in demand forecasting or supply chain planning
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively
