We are looking for experienced Boners to join our Boning Room Second Shift Team on a full-time basis at Linley Valley Pork based in Wundowie.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Boning pork products to meet customer and Ausmeet specifications
- Working independently and with other team members to trim, score, roll, weigh and prepare pork products to meet customer and Ausmeat specifications
- Operating machinery in a fast-paced environment

**The successful applicant will ideally possess**:

- Previous experience in the meat processing industry
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a sound understanding of good hygiene and safety practices
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
