**About the role**
Western Meat Packers is seeking a skilled Beef Boner/Slicer/Knifehand to join our team in Osborne Park, Western Australia. This full-time position is an integral part of our Butchery department, responsible for expertly boning, slicing and preparing high-quality beef cuts for our customers.
**What you'll be doing**
- Precisely and efficiently boning, slicing and preparing premium beef cuts using specialised knives and equipment
- Following strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met
- Collaborating with the wider Butchery team to meet production targets and customer requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Continually improving skills and techniques through on-the-job training and development
**What we're looking for**
- Significant experience as a Beef Boner/Slicer/Knifehand, ideally within a commercial or industrial meat processing environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of beef anatomy, butchery techniques and food safety regulations
- Exceptional manual dexterity, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- A team-oriented approach with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
