We are looking for experienced **Knife Hands, and Boners** who are passionate, hardworking, and dedicated people to join our team at Linley Valley Pork in Casual/Part-time and Full-time position. Morning and afternoon shifts are available to suit all availabilities and provide work life balance.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Understanding and complying with all safety policies, procedures, and practices
- Working independently and with other team members to trim, score, roll, weigh and prepare pork products to meet Ausmeat specifications
- Pack pork related products to strict customer specifications
- Precision knife skills and judgment across a wide range of variation.
- Bandsaw and handheld circular saw operation
- Final inspection and carton labelling
- Pricing, weighing, labelling, and packing station
- Product movement and storage
- Stores coordinator (bags, label, netting, string, etc.)

**Your Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Enthusiastic, reliable, and hard working
- Have a sound understanding of importance of good hygiene, PPE, and safety practices
- Great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
