**How will I help?**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating a range of solutions to an excellent standard for new and existing Westpac Group employees.
- Utilising both face to face learning and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience.
- Curating content that helps drive capability development supporting the LearningBank strategy.
- Ensuring learners develop sound knowledge or skills as required for the performance of their job, to comply with their role accreditation framework and Westpac Group standards.
- Engaging with new and existing staff in an energetic, fun, intriguing and interactive approach to embed customer service culture across the Westpac Group.
- Leading the way when it comes to using technology and innovating learning practices to develop our people.
- Influencing and ensuring our strategic goals of a modern learner experience are how our people experience the learning offerings.
- Ensuring national consistency in training delivery across the Group by responding to participant and business feedback and formal evaluations.
- Participating and contributing to design reviews of our learning solutions.

**What do I need?**

As a Facilitator you need to establish a high degree of personal and professional credibility with both stakeholders and learners by demonstrating a sound knowledge of the learning objectives and the skills to achieve them.

You will have demonstrated experience facilitating a range of behavioural and technical learning programs and a deep knowledge of training methodologies, principles and processes including virtual delivery technology. You will have the ability to engage audiences with passion and enthusiasm and drive learning transfer.
