**About the Role...**

We are looking for a dynamic, results orientated Distribution Coordinator to manage and align the distribution operations for the branch to meet customers' expectations

**Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include.**
- Managing a team of Drivers, ensuring that customers get their deliveries safely and on time.
- ensure that the delivery fleet is meeting the required safety standards
- Ensuring that log books are kept up to date by the drivers
- Ensuring that all trucks are loaded safely, ensuring that load restraint standards are followed at all times
- Respond to and investigate any accidents or incidents involving Alspec trucks
- Ensure all drivers complete pre-start check lists daily.
- Attend monthly WHS meeting and distribute information to the team.
- Review and manage the Fatigue Management Report from WebFleet
- Oversee completion of monthly Safety Tasks
- Identify staff requiring training and communicating to the Supervisor and/or Warehouse Operations Manager

**About You..**

Ideally you will have had a prior history of supervising a team and providing leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Diploma of logistics
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics
- Operational Excellence/Cert III Logistics
- Successful completion of Manual Handling Training
- Successful completion of Load Restraint training
- Forklift licence
