About LUCAS Restaurants:
Home to Australia's most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Maison Bâtard, Tombo Den, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society and Grill Americano. About Tombo Den:
Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar's offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's best Hosts to join our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work.
- Experience as a Host in a vibrant, high-volume restaurant
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding time management
- Experience with SevenRooms favourable
- Full time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
