Rollers Bakehouse is looking for a passionate and experienced FOH member to join our team. Casual role available with flexible hours and days. The role involves experience with customer service and extra recognition if you have barista experience and knowledge.

- Able and willing to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming our customers and providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Monitoring the courtyard and ensuring it is clean and tidy for patrons
- Fill water trolleys and ensure clean glasses are available for customers to have water
- Ensure full knowledge of croissants on offer, including seasonal specials to communicate to our customers
- Restock croissants on the bakery bench so it is always full
- Monitoring merch area and ensuring it is tidy and full of stock
- POS handling
- On days where there is not an additional person to clean dishes, ensuring stack dishwasher and unstack
- Support kitchen / baristas when required
- Own the overall experience and represent Rollers Bakehouse to provide a friendly, welcoming and memorable experience.
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Maintain a clean and sanitised work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment

**Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in a face-to-face customer service role
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ years experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
