About the Role: We are looking for our next Fishing expert to be part of the Fishing department at Anaconda Bathurst.

Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
Supporting in different departments across the store Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products Strong communication skills and a friendly approach Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training
Full time availability preferred, however for the right candidates a Part Time role may be considered When you join our team, you will become part of the Spotlight Retail Group, which comprises of Anaconda, Spotlight and Harris Scarfe.
