Dotdigital is a leading provider of Martech solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As we expand our presence in the ANZ region, we are seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Services Partners headquartered in ANZ. You will nurture strong relationships with existing partners, uncover new business referral opportunities, and support our strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Adobe, Shopify, Big Commerce, and Microsoft.
Position Overview:As a Partnerships Manager, your primary focus will be to manage and develop relationships with our Services Partners, drive new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams. You will identify, qualify, and recruit new partners, while also supporting the ongoing optimization of the Services Partner Program. With your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, you will contribute to revenue targets and manage a pipeline of partner opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and foster strong relationships within your portfolio of Services Partners.
- Conduct regular learning sessions with relevant teams in partner organizations to educate them on dotdigital's offerings.
- Partner Recruitment and Program Development:
- Research, evaluate, and recruit new partners into the Services Partner Program.
- Take ownership of your partner portfolio across all processes and systems.
- Support the global roll-out and ongoing optimization of the Services Partner Program.
- Strategic Partnership Support:
- Collaborate with strategic partners such as Adobe, Shopify, Big Commerce, and Microsoft to ensure successful partnerships.
- Assist in building a partner ecosystem around dotdigital to create new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Internal Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with internal teams to support the success of the Services Partner Program.
- Provide input and collateral for the resource center related to tech partners and their integrations.
- Support internal teams by advising on recommended Services Partners for client queries.
- Commercial and Marketing Support:
- Generate new business opportunities through the Services Partner ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for joint lead generation, content creation, and awareness initiatives with partners.
- Help raise funds for dotdigital-led events, such as dotsummit.
- General Responsibilities:
- Attend industry events as required.
- Be willing to travel internationally as needed.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams within the organization.
