We use strategic consulting and the latest in technology to help our clients identify opportunities and optimise experiences. Based in Melbourne, we have grown internationally, now operating in the US, UK and New Zealand.
The Role
In this role, you will help run major tracking projects for blue-chip clients research clients - ensuring that all components of the program are delivered to the highest standard. Your expertise, supported by a smart and committed team and our industry leading technology, will help you drive our client's commercial success.
Working in a supportive environment with high autonomy, you will:
Manage the day-to-day deliverables and client relationship
Provide methodological input in collaboration with our senior team
Deliver meaningful insights from data analysis
Consult with clients on their key business questions and objectives
Prioritise and manage project tasks across multiple projects simultaneously
Success factors in this role
Experience - 2 + years of experience in the design, administration and analysis of market research studies, including business needs assessments, sampling methodology, survey design & analysis.
Clients focused - You will enjoy working closely with your clients and be passionate about their success.
Left Brain - You will have high attention to detail and be an organised person with a good head for process and analytics.
Right Brain - you'll also be willing to try new things, be creative with data to surface insights, and communicate engagingly with senior stakeholders. You will be able to understand what we mean by 'the art and science of data' and enjoy exploring using tools like SPSS, Q and the latest in text analytics methods supported by our Data Science team.
