Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our Research Consulting department.

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will provide high-level advice and oversight to establish and improve processes for managing large and complex agreements, in collaboration with research teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the consulting team to achieve service excellence.
  • Develop and raise the performance of team members by setting and reviewing longer-term performance criteria and objectives.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on developing large and complex agreements to research teams.
  • Oversee, manage, and negotiate a portfolio of research collaborations, consultancies, and tenders.
  • Implement cost-effective project budgets and ensure accurate costing and pricing.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in legal or a relevant area, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, reviewing, and negotiating research and consulting agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client management skills.
