We have clients based in the Southern Gold Coast areas who require gardening services on a regular basis. Once you have accepted your client they are yours to maintain from there on.

As a registered provider under the National Disability and Insurance Scheme, we are known for working with families or people with permanent and significant disabilities. Respect is one of our core values so we take the time to listen and understand what our clients needs are to help make life easier.

We are on the hunt for a experienced domestic/residential gardener to assist our clients on a mostly weekly and fortnightly basis.

**8 Reasons to Consider Being a Gardening Contractor For Your Helpers Home Services;**
- **2 hour jobs pay $100.61 -**Most of our jobs are 2 hours per client, we will also reimburse you for tip fees and time to go to the tip to remove green waste
- **No More Looking For Clients**:

- As a Contractor for us we aim to allocate as many clients you're able to commit to. Of course if you have your own existing clients you can keep them and let us know when you're available to fit with your schedule
- **No Fees** - we don't ask for fees for jobs we refer to you. We just ask that you be honest, reliable friendly and do a good job.
- **The Work Is Consistent** - Unlike one off gardening jobs our NDIS Participants need regular support. They require frequent gardening which means once you have accepted a new job, that client now becomes an ongoing job for you. Jobs can be weekly or fortnightly during peak season and in the cooler months some drop to 3-4 weekly.
- **You Choose Your Jobs**:

- We understand our Contractors have other responsibilities or priorities. So we work with our Contractors to make sure the jobs we offer meets their needs. We make sure the jobs we offer are within close proximity to Contractor's location or in areas they agreed to take on work. We regularly check in with our Contractors to confirm their schedules and availability
- **Weekly Payments** - You don't need to chase clients for money. You submit your invoice using our contractor portal each week and you get paid the following week
- **You Get Support -**Although our gardeners are Contractors they're still part of our team. We encourage open communication and speak to Contractors frequently. We have developed our own technology to make working with Your Helpers Home Services as easy as possible
- **Friendly Clients**:

- It's rewarding helping NDIS Participants with tasks that many take for granted. Clients are genuinely grateful for your service and helping them maintain some independence

Join Your Helpers Home Services as a Contractor and secure regular gardening work that has been sourced for you, meets your schedule and your location, and start earning regular income.
- To be considered you will need;_
- Your own reliable vehicle
- All equipment necessary for domestic/residential gardening (ideally including a trailer)
- An ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- To be based on the Gold Coast
- Prior professional domestic/residential gardening experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $45.70 - $50.30 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
