Job Overview

A Maintenance and Landscaping Professional is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to create a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain outdoor spaces by performing tasks such as lawn care, garden maintenance, and plant management.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance projects within established guidelines.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, follow protocols, and document maintenance activities and incidents accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Current C Class manual driver's license.
  • Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high levels of service with clear communication.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating tools across varied terrain and conditions.
  • Understanding of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery.
