**About the Role**
The role is to support the meeting room equipment physically installed in our metro corporate offices so it will be full time from the office.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Required travelling to Department's corporate sites in metro locations.
- Proactive onsite monitoring and checks of meeting rooms.
- Flexible approach to ad-hoc tasks requested by Conferencing team.
- Troubleshooting, install or replace AV/VC equipment in the MTRs environment.
- Implementation / Installation of new Meeting Room design
- Attending to faults as per client's needs
- Management and support of Premium spaces during major events.
- Provide Audio / Video usage guidance to end users for meetings wherever necessary.
- Conduct Audit and create reports as required.

**About you**
- At least 2 years' experience with meeting rooms technology, Audio/Video equipment and accessories.
- Knowledge of MS Teams Room and AV equipment including understanding of dependencies.
- Knowledge of Incident management and related ITIL processes.
- Ability to install and troubleshoot AV/VC equipment.
- Data cabling experience. Electrical experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to quickly grasp end user requirements.
- Ability to support and collaborate with third party technicians.
- Experience and knowledge of Teams certified solutions and peripherals including Poly, Logitech, Crestron, QSC, Extron, etc.
