This role involves collaboration with a variety of departments and stakeholders, locally and globally, to manage all aspects of an in-house production studio and a purpose-built event space, including planning and configuring broadcasts and live events, and overseeing and troubleshooting the live production environment.
The role also manages several AV and VC facilities across the firm's offices.ResponsibilitiesOperational management of the broadcast studio for webcasts, Forum space and boardrooms for events, video recordings and presentationsManaging and troubleshooting audio mixing, video switching and routingAssist in planning and execution of technical upgrades for current and future projectsOrganise installation of various audio, visual and lighting equipment as neededFull technical responsibility for in-house video conferencing and meeting roomsProactive maintenance of all audio-visual and broadcast equipment including software; arranging servicing with vendors as requiredManagement of external vendor and contractor relationshipsProviding remote support to global offices as requiredAct as liaison to Events team and manage hotel AV providers for broadcast and audio-visual needs relating to off-site conferences and eventsVideo editing for internal recordingsAd hoc duties as requiredDesired Skills And ExperienceExperience within a live television news broadcast environment ideal, or similarMinimum 2-3 years experience in a similar roleExperience within a corporate environment preferredSome knowledge and experience working with audio visual systems, video switching, audio mixing, routing, lighting, camera operation within a corporate or studio environmentFamiliarity with non-linear editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere ProStrong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlinesAbility to work in a team environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent qualityExcellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and activitiesEmployment detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingDimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.It is the policy of the Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
