Technical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our cross-functional product team as a key member in shaping the future of our platform and making a real impact on people's working lives.
Responsibilities
Lead architectural design discussions, propose solutions to complex technical problems, and drive technical decisions
Write high-quality code that meets high standards for maintainability and scalability, ensuring the smooth operation of our software systems
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to help shape product specifications and contribute to improving how we build, deploy, and maintain software
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of quality and innovation
Requirements
A strong foundation in software development, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, backed by proven proficiency in backend development, ideally with PHP or NodeJS
Familiarity with AWS and deploying services in a cloud environment, along with commercial experience with GraphQL in production environments
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tackle diverse problems, ensuring continued growth and improvement within the team
