Job Overview

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services.

We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.

Our team designs, supplies, and installs telecommunications solutions to help clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets.

In the CSE Innovations team, you will familiarise yourself with our technology and solutions and execute on software development activities for new and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to solution builds, delivering results that meet code requirements and service level agreements.
  • Developing in-depth product knowledge and adopting new software to support development.
  • Implementing software development to applicable standards, compliant with global regulations (GDPR, Cybersecurity).
  • Understanding and guiding project governance.
  • Understanding commercial strategy and incorporating initiatives into solutions to achieve meaningful impact with customers.
  • Collaborating with project teams, providing advice and sharing knowledge to inform decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Ideal experience in a Software Engineering position.
  • Working knowledge of .NET, MVC, C#, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, React, Bootstrap, Nodejs.
  • Proficient in SQL and/or NoSQL database technologies.
  • Experience integrating multiple platforms via available API and SDKs.
  • MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem solving ability and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, as part of a team as well as autonomously in an efficient manner.
  • Passion for all things digital and highly motivated with a willingness to learn.
