Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in hands-on development across the full Software Development Lifecycle, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, delivery, and training of RecordPoint solutions to customers through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Support our Cloud-based SaaS service by maintaining a deep understanding of deployment models for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
  • Perform engineering analysis to inform sound decision-making for software engineering and product development, prioritizing technical excellence.
  • Ensure technical designs are well-documented, up-to-date, and effectively communicated across the engineering team.
  • Maintain code quality through automated testing frameworks, ensuring testability and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and integrate new standards and technologies into the product where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, participating in regular engineering meetings and offering assistance to team members when needed.
  • Develop productivity skills through learning source control, editors, build systems, and other essential tools, as well as testing best practices.
  • Develop expertise in a specific component of our architecture.
