Transurban's office is based on Melbourne's iconic Collins Street, with offices in Sydney & Brisbane - as well as global office based in the US & Canada.

The role**:Assist Advisor**
As a trusted **Advisor**, you'll be part of the specialist hardship function, working and supporting customers experiencing hardship within the community. Sitting in our customer team you'll be part of a department that puts people first. Transurban never stop exploring new ways to make life better, inside Transurban and out.

**Day to day**
- Build strong relationships, utilising your strong communication skills
- Be empowered and have full autonomy to manage cases from start to finish
- Understand customers circumstances sufficiently to make a decision in relation to the level of support required on a case-by-case basis
- Assist Team Leader to comply updates to Customer Team and wider stakeholders and other duties as required

**Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong PC based skills, Salesforce would be a bonus
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward
