Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will act as the strategic IT advisor to small to medium-sized businesses. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, providing solutions to improve their IT environment and assisting them in meeting their vision by removing IT as a pain area.

Your key responsibilities include consulting, providing solutions, helping improve client IT environment and assisting the clients to meet their vision by removing IT as a pain area. You will also act as a trusted advisor for the client, conducting regular meetings/strategic workshops with the clients, liaising with the internal MSP team to ensure client's objectives are met and acting as the final escalation/touch point for the customer.

Additionally, you will help identify/build a long-term IT strategy for the clients, reduce clients IT risk and help them get time back in the day.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline
  • Strong strategic IT consulting experience
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
