Road Maintenance Supervisor
- Syndey, NSW
- $110-150k + super (negotiable dependent on the level of experience)

As the Road Maintenance Supervisor, you will be managing all aspects of construction for your own section of works and/or complete projects and be reporting and working closely with a dedicated Project Manager. You will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the construction works, including managing the sub-contractors working on the network, self-performing certain elements of works, monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S, ensuring adequate and compliance is in place, keeping accurate records of production, providing reports on works completed, being the main contact for client, and reporting back to the Project Manager on progress.

**About you**
- 5 years + experience in a production related role, and ideally have come from a trade or operator background originally
- Previous work history within the roading network on smaller to medium scale project sizes.
- Ideally managed your own section of works or have been a leading hand and ready for the step up.
- Extensive commitment and understanding of all matters relating to H&S and the Environment
- Demonstrated experience in directing and managing your own labour force to achieve the desired outcome, keeping in mind the commercial constraints.
- Previous experience in managing specialist sub-contractors and self-performing works, with hands-on experience with as many of the element in the typical road corridor as possible.
