**The Role**:
**Essential Skills & Responsibilities**:

- A genuine passion for customer engagement and working to enhance the online digital journey
- Previous experience within Fashion, Apparel & Retail would be really highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems
- Strong segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets
- A commercial mindset and abilities to present trends and insights to Senior Leadership
- Experience and exposure with A/B Testing will be highly regarded
- A focus on strategising to improve functionalities and drive change
- Work within a highly collaborative and agile team
