It's our mission to re-define repair.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to join the team
Role ResponsibilitiesAnswer and respond to sales enquiries via all available mediumsAnswer telephone enquiries in a timely, polite and professional mannerAccurately identify the required parts, and identify the available stock within ACM Parts to fulfil the requestUtilize Inventory system to establish the appropriate selling price for recycled partsNegotiate final pricing with customersNegotiate and sell extended warranties, freightSource parts from other recyclers maintaining brokered margin targetsEnsure all documentation and reporting are processed in a timely mannerKeep customer information accurate and up to dateAdhere to all KPI's and follow best sales practice and behaviourFollow up with customers for open quotes & providing tracking information on ordersDemonstrate advanced product knowledgeFollow ACM Parts sales process to maximize revenueDoes this sound like you?
