**WHY ARE WE HIRING?**

We're growing While we have big plans in the local market we also have our eyes set on new ones and the only way is up. A part of this phase of growth we're creating the start of the Paid team.

**THE ROLE**

Is based in our offices in Sydney and will cover:

- Creating & managing the performance strategy (SEM, Social & Affiliate)
- Setting up and launching all paid activity with ongoing optimisation of campaigns
- Working collaboratively with Social Media & Marketing teams to create paid content.
- Briefing Graphics team on all creative in a timely manner.
- Analysing campaigns and data and make insightful recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Producing easy to understand and actionable reports including learnings and recommendations for all stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant publishers and tech providers.
- Community management on paid social activity.
- Constant monitoring of channel trends across the globe.
- Budget and ROAS accountability.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

Since it's a team of one for now, we're looking for an experienced DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MANAGER with at least 2-3 years behind them to drive & execute our paid strategies across SEM, Social & Affiliate activity. A paid digital all-rounder. Would suit an agency mind who wants to come in house and that wants to grow as we grow.

Apart from strong proficiency in MS Office suite, you will be experienced in Google Ads Manager including DV360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc and possibly other digital platforms.

An advantage would be experience providing strategic plans for paid social campaigns across channels such as META, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest & LinkedIn.

You'll have no hesitation communicating to all levels within the business, are collaborative in your approach, creative in driving results, love what you do and want a career in beauty.
