Allura Partners is working with a leader in the sales and distribution of insurance products to secure a Digital Technology Manager on a contract basis. This is an opportunity to take ownership and implementation of the company's digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimise digital lead performance across various channels through analytics, testing, and scaling.
- Responsible for implementing and managing the digital marketing stack, including Google's 360 suite, to track customer events, optimise experiences, and improve lead conversion rates.
- Lead a team, collaborates with stakeholders, manages technology providers and budgets, and conducts regular reviews of partnerships to ensure performance and value.

**About you**:

- Demonstrative strong people management skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Ideally 5 years experience in digital marketing management and a diverse background in digital technology within service-based companies, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing technology solutions, including the Google 360 Stack, GA360, Google Ads, Bing, Big Query, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, Tealeaf, Hubspot, and other Data Management Platforms.
- Proven expertise in managing complex budgets.
- Tertiary level qualifications in relevant marketing or business disciplines.
