Adelaide, South Australia Downer Group Full time

Due to the recent awarding of the South Australia Housing Authority (SAHA) contract, we have opportunities for **Area Works Supervisors** in the Adelaide, SA area for our Government and Infrastructure Facility Management team.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of works and services including the management of subcontractor performance

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Solid experience managing and delivering planned works program in a similar role and/or industry
- Experienced in the delivery of contracts where an outsourced model is used to deliver services.
- Experienced in managing, monitoring and evaluating the performance of Sub-contractors
- Experience in building and construction management
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and review contracts and understanding of project management principles.
- Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills and can communicate to all levels.
- An understanding of quality systems and principles.
