We are currently seeking a **HST Systems and Compliance Officer **for a **12 month Fixed Term **maternity relief to join the team at our Wambo Mine. Our Wambo mine is an underground mine located 30 kilometres west of Singleton that produce thermal coal for export and domestic markets.

Our Wambo mine complex is a combined Coal Handling & Preparation Plant and Underground mine located 30 kilometres west of Singleton which produces metallurgical and thermal coal for export and domestic markets.

**Duties will include**:

- Prioritising data entry of incident, hazards, RA and Audit actions and training assessments
- Communicate and monitor document review process requirements across department.
- Establish and maintain electronic document storage aligned to the HSMS Framework.
- Manage and maintain Wambo SharePoint document management system for currency and compliance.
- Preparation of internal reporting and measurement of key performance indicators.
- Maintain the site noticeboards with notices, safety alerts and WHS meeting minutes.
- Update and maintain site health and safety registers.
- Participate in site safety initiatives as delegated by the department Manager.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders in SAP for the Health, Safety and Training Department.
- Maintain training records for employees and contractor in Onsite Track Easy and manage the site access terminals.
- Maintain the management of HST records and archiving of hard copy files.
- Assist with injury management and workers compensation as delegated by the department Manager.
- Provision of all onboarding and offboarding of personnel, ensuring confidentiality of personnel information.

**About you**:

- 2 or more years in administrative role/s with strong attention to detail.
- Trained and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including ability to prioritise various projects that may be in process simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
- Attitude to approach challenges with enthusiasm and confidence to ask for help and seek clarification/direction on issues as they arise.
