**Your Organisation**
- Working as part of a large Customer Service and Administration Team, this is a growing manufacturing organisation that has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their fantastic team.
- Based in Clayton, they value employee engagement and support and prioritize looking after their valued staff.**Your Role**

Reporting into the Customer Service / Administration Manager, your role will involve:
- Answering incoming calls (high volume)
- Processing orders
- Updating client details
- General Administration Support
- Filing / Data Entry

**Your Profile**

You will have a natural sense of urgency and LOVE all things Customer Service You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and go above and beyond to support clients with whatever they need
- You will have great attention to detail that you will use to update client details and deal with enquiries. You will enjoy working in a KPI driven environment and exposure to large CRM's will be highly advantageous.
- As this is a temporary role with an immediate start, your must be immediately available
- There is also an opportunity for a permanent position in the future The permanent salary is $65K - $70K + Super.**Sound like you?
