**Bids & Marketing Coordinator**

**Sydney**
- The Opportunity

Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will you see working across a diverse range of functions, encompassing elements of both administration and marketing.

Working across multiple divisions and with various stakeholders, you will play an essential role in contributing to the growth of RBG. Day-to-day, this role will see you involved in general administration, bid preparation, creation of marketing material, organising client events, and undertaking research activities for industry events.

You will have proven administrative experience, a passion for marketing, and desire to support in the bid space.
- Duties

With an eye for detail, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines. You will bring a positive can-do attitude to the team and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders from all levels with confidence. You will relish the opportunity to make this role your own and have the desire to exceed and develop your career in marketing and the bid space.

In addition, you'll bring:

- Some graphic design experience, particularly with Adobe InDesign, to create impactful proposals
- A knack for innovative thinking and creative flair to make our proposals stand out
- A background in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or experience in the engineering sector
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while also meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills to support your daily tasks effectively including the Microsoft suite.
