Our Consulting and Strategic Advisory team provide expertise in railway operations and maintenance, rail alignment and permanent way, signalling and control systems, telecommunications and rail vehicles. The role of Associate Director requires you to oversee all aspects of our Transport Advisory practice. This includes operational direction, technical expertise, and business administration. You will lead and manage a team of professional staff and associates to deliver high quality Transport Advisory solutions to clients.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role include contributing to the delivery of projects across the whole lifecycle – from strategic demand and operations planning during feasibility studies or business case phase, through development of operational plans and requirements during procurement, and onto delivery and operational readiness. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of relevant consultancy assignments undertaken by team members, including allocation, estimating, tendering, planning, execution and close out.
