Transportation Growth Strategist

A global engineering consultancy firm is seeking a senior professional with expertise in the transport infrastructure market to develop and implement strategic plans for expansion.
About the PositionThis key role will be responsible for driving growth and advancing the transport division across new and existing projects.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the transport infrastructure market share.
- Serve as a business ambassador, providing a holistic approach to business development and client engagement.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies/plans for NSW (and potentially NZ at a later stage).
- Identify opportunities and trends in the market sector and adjacent markets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience securing and delivering work in the transport sector.
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong industry knowledge, local networks, and business development skills.
Experience with transport and advisory contracts is beneficial. Effective leadership skills and previous experience leading teams and mentoring technical staff are essential.
