Your impact

As a JFA Purple Orange board member, you have an opportunity to make a difference by:

- Providing strategic-level oversight of our work, which advances inclusion and breaks down barriers.
- Being part of an organisation that influences policy, leads sector reform, and advocates for meaningful change.
- Tapping into your professional experience and networks to advance inclusion.

Your role

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from people who can bring:

- expertise in finance; and/or
- experience in social policy; and/or
- a regional perspective, from living and working in a regional community.

Board member responsibilities include:

- Attending and actively contributing to board meetings (virtually and in person).
- Contributing to and reviewing organisation strategic plans and risk management.
- Ensuring that business decisions align with our values.
- Ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our organisation.
- Overseeing the CEO and ensuring work is undertaken in a way that supports the board's legal responsibilities.
