About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Planner to look after the production and distribution of our products. You will be responsible for compiling the Production Schedule on a weekly/daily basis to achieve the customer service promise while minimising costs.

You will work with key stakeholders in Operations, Logistics and Procurement to ensure we have sufficient milk/milk components and other resources to meet our production plan and deliver finished goods to our customers. The work is extremely fast paced requiring resilience and attention to detail to deliver production plans to site daily.

Responsibilities:
- Compile and release Weekly Production Plan and Supply Review for the site- Delivery of a daily detailed milk ingredients plan and finished goods schedule to Operations- Daily reporting and root cause analysis of issues (DIF & Dated)- Management of Finished Goods stock levels at production site and Regional DCs.- Responsible for communicating with demand/materials planners and procurement any changes to production and planning.

About you- Practical understanding of the Demand, Supply and S&OE disciplines within FMCG- A 'Can Do' attitude with a high level of resilience for fast paced environment- Strong analytical skills and rational decision making with some negotiation skills- Proficiency using technology tools that enable planning and reporting - SAP, MS Excel, PowerBI- Very strong communication skills with an ability to develop relationships and engage with your key stakeholders.
