Credit Care Consultant's are a crucial point of contact between MyState and its external customers.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Initiating collection activities and maintaining regular contact with all accounts in default.
- Process customer requests for Hardship Assistance.
- Develop and maintain quality on-going relationships with third party providers.
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing skills and knowledge.

**What we're looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to determine priorities and meet timeframes.
- A working knowledge of industry codes and practices including MyState policies, processes and systems or the ability to acquire this knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in finance with a strong customer service focus.
- Self-motivated with a strong results focus and a proven record of meeting individual and team objectives
- Superior communication skills with a professional presentation and manner.
