Welcome to Victoria Heart. We are a group of 12 Cardiologists with a passion that extends beyond the care of our patients. We care about our staff and their careers too. We have assembled a wonderful group of Receptionists who present as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors to our practice, across our two locations in East Melbourne and Windsor. Our team has the expert guidance and support from a long term Practice Manager and together we have built a truly wonderful practice.

We are a busy practice and therefore need the help of an extra pair of reception hands. **Full or Part time**, flexibility to suit you As a Medical Receptionist you will take control of all manner of front of house duties, from meeting and greeting patients, managing phone enquiries, taking payments, invoicing & receipting, following up patient results, preparing doctors and their rooms for their consulting sessions and other admin duties. Your days will fly by as you work in harmony with your colleagues and doctors.

We'd hope you can satisfy most of the criteria below but we can train in any missing skills as long as you have a positive attitude and are keen to be taught.
- Great patient/customer service - perhaps you are working in a medical practice already
- Attention to detail, accuracy and proficiency with computers - Genie and Microsoft Office skills will be very favourable
- An approach to your work that means you can work independently yet call upon the support of your peers when needed, and they can call on you
