**HR Management**

**The company**

Our client is at the forefront of leading worldwide logistics sector. They globally provide in total logistics services to customers in such diverse industries as electronics, machinery, chemicals, oil refining and construction. They are currently seeking a motivated and energetic HR Officer to join their team. As HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting all facets of HR function both external and internal.

**Role outline**

Providing advice, support and assisting with the day to day operations of the HR function on all HR matters including review legislation and administrative tasks. This role requires someone proactive and self-sufficient with experience in continuous improvement. This position would suit someone driven to succeed, professional and energetic.

**Position description**
- Workforce Planning
- Ensure the company has adequate staff in each department and that staff is available for short-term and long-term needs
- Forecast the needs of new staff and make the plan for recruitment. Manage the branch headcount / TO and considering the labor cost budget.
- Analyze the employee type (direct contract or 3rd party contract)
- HR Strategy
- Manage and analyze the HR data (Turnover rate, service year etc)
- Make the strategy to manage the employees
- Governance
- Govern HR compliance based on HR policies and key process for HR risk mitigation
- C&B (Compensation and Benefit)
- Salary offer to new hired staff
- KPI Setting, Evaluation for bonus
- Company Event

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 5~10 years of work experience in HR
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Having an attention to detail

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
