The Opportunity As a Case Manager, you will:Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families.Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and service providers.Assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress.Work with a caseload of young people in therapeutic care What's Needed to Succeed A diploma in Community Services or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline.Experience supporting adolescents and families with trauma.Knowledge of inter-generational trauma and relevant legislation What's in it for You In return for your hard work, we offer:Opportunities for career and professional development.Support from a passionate and proactive team.Generous salary packaging benefits plus 11.5% superannuation.Additional Personal leave and paid parental leave.An enviable salary range of $88,090 to $94,789 per annum.
