Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Treatment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing holistic treatment and support to individuals with drug and alcohol issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, assessment, and treatment planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with drug and alcohol issues.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide intensive case management, support, and counselling services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and reduce reoffending.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as nursing, occupational therapy, or psychology.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in holistic treatment approaches and prevention methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
