- The Fuels & Energy line of business have an opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our site-based team in Kwinana WA.

The Project Administrator ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the site office as well as supporting the overall contract execution team.

**About the role**
- To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- Previous exposure to SAP
- Previous exposure to TWIS time writing tool would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated previous experienced in a site or project administration role in the resources or construction industry
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the customer at necessary levels within their organisation

- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
