The Cluster Commercial Director will be a key business partner to the General Manager/Hotel Manager, working closely with them to drive business results and achieve key objectives.
They will also be responsible for managing a team of commercial professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance management to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
