The Opportunity

We are seeking a solicitor with at least 5 years' post-admission experience in commercial law. You will collaborate with partners on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management while growing your own client base and deepening your commercial expertise.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years PAE in commercial law, with strong contract law and corporate governance knowledge
  • Proven skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts
  • Ambition for continuous professional growth and a clear drive to advance your career, potential for early progression to partnership
  • Client-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strategic problem-solving and risk-management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
  • Admission to practice law in Australia
  • A minimum of 5 years PAE in commercial law
