Your Opportunity:
Facilitate exceptional hospitality and service by enhancing the guest experience with a focus on our Hilton Honors Elite members, VIPs, and suite-paying guests. Work as a member of the Guest Experience Department, supporting several aspects of the Sales and Marketing Operation, including Reception, Operations, Pre-Arrival Operations, Lobby Greeter, Arrival and Departure Experience Operations. Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all VIP and Entertainment guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Secure payment; verify and adjust billing. Activate and file room keys. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Identify and explain room features to guests. Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Follow up on any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and ensure they are resolved. Obtain a solid knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets, and other hotel features and guest facilities. Respond to and recover (where appropriate) Guest Satisfaction Surveys. Help manage the Associate recognition program. Attend monthly trainings for FOH team members. Skills, Education, and Experience

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
