**The Role**
Coming from a Civil Engineering background, this Manager will lead the operations of large team of blue collar workers responsible for the management and maintenance of a roads and drainage assets across Melbourne. The operations are divided into capital works and maintenance works. In more detail the Manager will be responsible for;
- People leadership (Engineers and skilled blue collar workers)
- P&L management
- Client and contract management
- Continuous improvement
- A safety first culture
